JOPLIN STUDIO HOURS
Monday-Tuesday & Thursday 3:00-8:30pm
Wednesday 3:00-6:00pm

CARTHAGE STUDIO HOURS
Monday-Thursday 3:00-9:00pm

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES:

• When you come to enroll you will need to fill out a registration form.
  This will ask for basic information on the student enrolling and your contact information.

• You will be asked to read and sign our studio Policies and Procedures.

• We will go over class schedule, dress code, and answer any question you have!

• Your $20.00 enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment.
  (This is one per family)

• The debit or credit card you would like to put on file for automatic payment is also required at enrollment.
