Welcome back to the 2011-2012 Performing Company Season! I am looking forward to working with the team and anticipate a great season ahead! As we begin our new season, it is important I have everyone’s updated information, please fill out the bottom of this sheet and return it to the office as soon as possible. I have contacted our warm-up provider and samples will be sent in the next few weeks so we can get our new members fitted. I have also contacted our pasta fundraiser materials will be passed out this week for those interested. The fundraiser is not mandatory but highly encouraged; we had many students who were able to pay for all the competition fees with their earnings. Here are the tentative dates for our competitions/ conventions (competitions are typically just one day and are usually not set until the month before):

I would also like to announce that we have scheduled an “open rehearsal” 5-5:30 on Wednesdays. This will give performing company members an additional opportunity to practice routines or solos; it is available this month so if you would like to come practice please do J
